Raw material
Polyester fiber arrives at the workshop in batches and goes through incoming inspection for density and color before processing begins.
Carding
On the carding machine the fiber is opened, aligned and given its spiral (crimped) structure — the shape that gives the finished filling its volume and resilience.
Quality control
Every batch is checked by hand for density, color, resilience and evenness. Keeping production volume small means we can control literally every bag.
Packaging
Finished fiber is compacted and packed into 20 kg bags — a convenient format for transport and warehouse accounting on your end.
Delivery
We ship in batches from 400–500 kg across Tashkent and other regions of Uzbekistan. Timelines are agreed individually based on order volume.
Why a small workshop is an advantage
We run a single production line — and that's a deliberate choice. Instead of chasing volume, we personally check every batch, adapt quickly to customer requests, and keep quality stable from bag to bag.
